VP, Strategy and Product Management
Craig Morris started his career with DHL in 2006. In his first role with DHL Consulting, he worked on solving business challenges both within the DHL Group and for some of DHL’s largest customers. His core areas of focus included business strategy, product development and supply chain design.
Since 2012, Craig has been the Vice President of Strategy and Product Management at DHL eCommerce. Craig is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of product development. In his short time with the division, Craig and his team have launched a new multi-channel e-commerce fulfillment platform, and have worked to introduce more speed, reliability and flexibility into the U.S. domestic consumer delivery operations. He has big aspirations for the DHL eCommerce business moving forward, and hopes to position it as a leading innovator in e-commerce parcel delivery in the Americas.
Craig is an expert in all things related to e-commerce supply chains. From order management and fulfillment, to distribution and returns, Craig has worked with retailers directly on overcoming supply chain challenges and meeting business objectives and requirements.
